Often times we hear the word wellness and only consider the physical components of wellness such as diet and exercise. Wellness is a holistic active lifestyle that challenges us to function at our optimal potential. By becoming more aware of the choice and decisions we make, our lives will become more balanced and more fulfilled. Diet and exercise is important, it is only a small portion of what wellness is.
